Setting Up Manageable Menus
August 23rd 2008 20:41
Meal planning has become a reality in this reality mom’s household. I used to incorporate this practice in my week-to-week schedule when my youngest child was first born (in 2002), but I quickly slipped out of the habit in 2004. I haven’t managed to make my way back into the habit, which will soon change.
Here are some links to how to create and incorporate budget meal planning into your routines:

I’m going to be researching this topic more in order to find a routine that works for our family. Ideally, I’d like to create something similar to what the kids bring home from the school for their lunch schedules. That way, we all know what to expect daily and I know what I need to purchase for groceries weekly.
Do you incorporate meal or menu planning in your regular routine? If not, is this something you plan to incorporate? If you do, where did you find resources to help you figure out what were best for your family?
