Early to Rise?

Lately that phrase, early to rise, has been the exact opposite of my abilities. I’ve been struggling to get out of bed every morning despite sleeping like a rock at night. It’s very strange. Usually, I’m “up and at ‘em” in the morning and raring to go throughout he day.
I’ve been resting when my body needs it, so I’m not forcing anything on myself that would be detrimental. I don’t feel sick, but I feel bloated . . . if that makes any sense at all. Exhausted and bloated. Odd combination.
I finished the Airborne routine, but I’m still on my multi-vitamin and Estroven until . . . forever? Yeah, that sounds about right. Unless, of course, I have to switch to some “old lady” vitamin regiment down the line. *smiles*
Luckily, my children are in school when the exhaustion hits me the worst. Today was an experiment in driving to run my errands . . . should I stay home because I’m so tired, or do I brave the open road? After three cups of coffee, I braved the open road and did fine. It took me longer, though, because I didn’t scurry through the grocery like I usually do . . . I sauntered.
